What is your return policy?

If you would like to return an item you've ordered, you must contact us within 20 days of the date the item was shipped. You will then be sent, via e-mail, an authorization number and instructions. All items must be returned prepaid and are subject to an inspection and restocking charge of up to 15% of the billed value. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. No credit will be allowed on returned merchandise not in saleable condition (the package must be unopened and in good condition).


What if an item is damaged?

If an item is damaged upon receipt, the damage must be reported within 3 business days from the date the shipment was delivered. All other procedures will apply as with other returns, except that no restocking fee will be charged.


Do you sell or share my email address with other companies?

NO! Your email address is only used by us to communicate with you about your order, or to notify you of special promotions and offers if you subscribe to our service.


Which credit cards do you accept?

Lee's Kids Online only accepts Mastercard and Visa at this time.


Do I have to pay sales tax?

Orders shipped to an Idaho address must pay a 6% sales tax in compliance with law. Orders shipped to all other locations are not charged sales tax.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are based on the dollar amount of your order. Your packages will be shipped by our distributor in whatever way they feel is the best way (usually UPS ground). See the Shipping/Policies page for more information. UPS 2nd Day Air is our priority delivery choice and will be calculated for your order in the shopping cart through a UPS calculator. The cost of UPS 2nd Day Air is calculated according to delivery weight and the distance from our distributor in Semmes, Alabama to the place of destination.


What are my shipping options?

You can choose between the Best Way (as per our distributor) and UPS 2nd Day Air for priority delivery.


Do you ship to international destinations?

Not at this time.
