For priority service we ship UPS 2nd Day Air. The charges will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart and are calculated based on the weight of your order and the distance between our distributor's warehouse and your shipping address. UPS 2nd Day Air does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.
Your purchases will be shipped to you from our distributor in Alabama.
Most orders are shipped between 3-5 business days of receipt. We don't ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Special Order products will take up to three weeks for delivery.
When a toy is backordered, the message "Not Available" will be displayed on the product's page and you will not be able to order it. We make every effort to keep on top of the warehouse stock amounts, but on occasion our website will indicate that an item is in stock, when it actually is not. If you select an item that is out of stock, you will receive a call and/or email letting you know about the change in status. Whenever possible, we will also let you know when we expect the toy to be back in stock. At this time, you may choose to: 1.Accept the delay, 2.Cancel the order, 3.Change the order, excluding the backordered item, or 4.Split the shipment. When you choose to split a shipment, this will allow you to receive in stock items immediately, while waiting on the backordered toys to arrive in stock. However, standard shipping charges will apply to each individual shipment. We will note all options for an order when we notify you of a backordered item.
If you would like to return an item you've ordered, you must contact us within 20 days of the date the item was shipped. You will then be sent, via e-mail, an authorization number and instructions. Do NOT send the package back to the distributor without first obtaining the instructions, as you will be charged a 30% restocking fee or, at the discretion of the distributor, the package will be shipped back to you at your expense. All items must be returned prepaid and are subject to an inspection and restocking charge of up to 15% of the billed value. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. No credit will be allowed on returned merchandise not in saleable condition (the package must be unopened and in good condition).
If an item is damaged upon receipt, the damage must be reported within 3 business days from the date the shipment was delivered. All other procedures will apply as with other returns, except that no restocking fee will be charged.
For orders under $60, a handling charge of $2.20 will be added to the product total.
State tax will be added to all orders originating from Idaho.
We accept VISA and Master Card. Expect to see leeskidsonline on your charge card statement, along with the amount charged.
We also accept personal checks; however, the check must clear our bank before we will process the order. All checks must be made out to Dlug Enterprises and sent to HC 60 Box 4650, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805.
